UX Designer with start 16 June

We have opened our new assignment in Stockholm and are looking for a UX Designer. The project is about you as a consultant working together with the customer to develop the business. You will be part of the team and work with the needs that the business requires.

The challenges:

For this assignment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Participate in discovery meetings with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand business requirements.

• Review existing analytics to make informed data-driven recommendations for features and interface design.

• Work with the Digital Product Owner teams to understand short and long-term requirements.

• Research competitors, feature sets and technologies to support usability recommendations.

• Develop and maintain project documentation including personas, user stories and flows.

• Create, document user interaction and test solutions through rapid prototyping and responsive/interactive wireframes.

• Create high- and low-fi wireframes, user flows and guidelines.

• Present to internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with UI/visual designers to translate wireframes into graphic designs that support priorities, goals, flows, etc.

• Work with the development teams to clarify specifications.

• Maintain wireframes and documentation throughout projects, elaborating and iterating as needed to meet changing priorities, user feedback, etc.

• Validate designs with usability testing and make recommendations for constant improvement.

Experience and knowledge:

For this assignment we are looking for a person with the following experience:

· Good knowledge of wireframing programs and rapid prototyping tools.

· Sharp attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize work and meet commitments.

· Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management.

· Portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.

Your Profile:
