Team Lead - Software Development

Requirements

• A BS degree in engineering or computer related
• 2 years leading/managing a small software development team
• Background in Windows desktop and .NET development
• 7 years of experience in software development
• 3+ years' experience with UI development
• Proficient with .Net/C# development languages & Microsoft IDE
• Proficient with one or more Windows user interface technologies
• Experience with SQL for data access and updating desirable
• Must have good communications skills, both oral and written

Primary Tasks would be:

• Day-to-day guidance for two junior developers including some code review
• Task prioritization and assignment
• Coordination of tasking and resource scheduling for in-office work
• Monitoring team workflow and ensuring that challenges or questions are getting answered
• Conduct regular status and coordination meetings with remote workers and in-office staff
• Coordinate with the testing manager on access to and updates of the test systems
• Monitor and update work task tracking tool and software ALM tool
