Senior Systems Engineer

About the role:

In this fast-paced and challenging program of work you will play an integral role within the project delivery team, assuming responsibility for the following deliverables:

• Production and review of low-level designs for a range of Modern Workplace technologies
• Performing System Integration Testing of configuration changes
• Providing third-level escalation support to L1-L2 support resources during the pilot and early migration phases
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for client environment customization & configurations
• Production of as-built and process level (runbook) documents for client

Skills and Experience Required:

The ideal candidate for this role will bring expert technical skills within specific Microsoft technologies:

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Intune - Essential.
• ATP Defender
• Autopilot
• Azure Information Protection (AIP)

In addition to experience in:

• Scripting - ability to write scripts in PowerShell and vbs to automate/streamline tasks
• Thorough technical knowledge of networking and other connectivity requirements to support Microsoft Windows and the management platforms
• Ability to translate High-level Designs into technical implementations
• Attention to detail when producing Low-Level Designs and Build documents
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability in this area.
• Ability to demonstrate a troubleshooting scenario and the steps required to determine root cause.
• Ability to coordinate and work with third party vendors and suppliers
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Current Microsoft certifications highly regarded
