About the role
As an End User Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for architecture and designing user-centric focused technology solutions in-line with strategic direction to enhance user productivity and optimize the end-user experience across the business.
You will be responsible for reviewing solutions, providing high level and detailed level designs through to hands-on technical assistance for the following initiatives which include (but not limited to):
- Windows 10 migration project
- Identity & Assess Management project
- Fleet Management uplift
- Office 365/Microsoft Teams deployment
Skills/Experience required:
- 3-5 years' experience in delivering IT business solutions as a Solutions Architect.
- Demonstrated experience in End-user centric related projects.
- Hands-on experience with the following: Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS/Android, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools which include: Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, and Stream.
- Solid understanding of identity management practices such as; Active Directory/Azure AD and Group Policy.
