Senior project manager with experience from R&D or Purchasing or S&M

The challenges:
For this assignment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Competences Project management - Is able to understand and follow the common Project management processes and standards

- Apply Purchasing processes & standards - Is able to understand and follow the common Purchasing processes and standards
- Apply Cross functional and cross brand work - Ensure cross functional and cross brand interaction and alignment towards common goals and strategies
- Apply Commercial Mindset - Is able to understand general commercial mindset 
- Acquire General knowledge and skills Product knowledge - Knows and understands the technical structure and special characteristics of the products and services within the area of responsibility as well as their manufacturing processes 
- Acquire Risk management - Awareness of, and ability to balance, risks and opportunities on a general/overall/umbrella project level throughout the product development process 
- Apply Market understanding - Is able to understand and apply knowledge about the market within area of responsibility

Experience and knowledge:
For this assignment we are looking for a person with the following experience:
- Academic degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- Work experience from R&D and/or Purchasing and/or S&M 
- Being able to comprehend legal terms and requirements 
- Soft skills: being a team player, reliable, self-driven/ works independently, flexible, motivated, being able to work analytically 

Your Profile:
In order to become a successful candidate for the assignment, we seek you who are/have:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken – Swedish is always a plus
- At least 3 years of experience of the qualifications
