About Litech:

Litech is an Oslo-based startup specializing in developing sensor systems to detect and remove hazardous objects, such as flammable batteries and gas bottles, to prevent fires and explosions at waste facilities. Our vision is to create sustainable and safe waste management by eliminating the harmful impact of incorrectly sorted hazardous materials.

We Are Hiring:

We are looking for a skilled cloud architect to develop and implement a cloud infrastructure to manage data from sensors and cameras.

Scope of Work:

Data Storage & Management:

- Set up secure and scalable Azure cloud storage to handle sensor and camera data. 

- Implement a cross-referenced database linking sensor and camera data by timestamp for efficient synchronization and retrieval.

- Ensure database compatibility with labeled data storage for future machine learning applications.

Data Processing & Computation:

- Configure cloud-based systems for data processing, including machine learning model inference.

- Develop a performance logging system to monitor sensor reliability over time.

- Create a tagging mechanism to flag data collected during maintenance or other faulty periods for easier exclusion in analysis.
