Enterprise Integration Architect - Chicago, IL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate/analyze business needs and current technical assets/data to develop and implement solutions and strategy for firm integration and application architecture.
• Define integration patterns for the purpose of creating reusable service assets within the firm technology architecture. Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to define integration architecture over multiple projects. Drive the definition and implementation of best practices, policy and application integration standards for hybrid/cloud solution environment.
• Provide technical consultation for technology solutions based on business needs; oversee architectural aspects of business solution development/deployment.
• Responsible for overall definition and management of the enterprise application integration architecture, components and related technology employed in the firm.
• Documents and drives the best practices of enterprise integration architecture and governance.
• Works with external vendors, consulting partners, etc. to research emerging technologies and industry trends to define strategy for their applicability in alignment with strategic business direction.

Reporting Relationship

• This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)

• IPAAS (7 years of experience is preferred)
• Azure (7 years of experience is preferred)
• .NET (7 years of experience is preferred)
• ORACLE APPS (7 years of experience is preferred)
• SQL (7 years of experience is preferred)
• Integration Services (7 years of experience is preferred)
