About the Assignment:
We are looking for a Senior/Expert Data Analyst or Business Analyst to support data separation and migration activities for a carve-out project. This role involves analyzing and documenting data flows, collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with business needs, resolving data-related issues, and supporting the creation of new data structures post-migration.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 7-10+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
• Has strong analytical skills and experience with data management in complex IT environments
• Is fluent in both Finnish and English
• Is familiar with data migration and governance best practices

Desirable Skills:

• Proven experience in data analysis and management
• Experience in data separation and migration projects
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams
