I simply just love to provide strategic business guidance to teams and leaders navigating challenging
industry transformations. Give me a business problem and I'll immediately think big and start looking for
the "why, what and how". I add perspectives and insights, places the customer's experience and business
value "up front", evaluates consequences, coordinates opinions and drive suggestions for how to respond
(e.g. business models, solutions, skills, capabilities, way-of-working, organisations). To make all this work, it

Being key contributor in creating Ericsson's successful strategy for mobile systems, reaching a 40% global
market share and keeping this throughout a phase of extreme growth, fierce competition, technology
transformations and organisational changes. I led the strategic process, pin-pointed key issues + success
factors, defined solutions, pushed for changes and secured wide acceptance of the strategic direction.
Leading a sales support team in Australia that provided sales and commercial guidance to all major
