I have an education in Information Technology which has provided me with superior creative problem solving skills and analytic and conceptual abilities. I have also developed my communication and business skills through leadership roles in Huawei Technologies. Though my work in Huawei had certainly been challenging, I am now interested in similarly challenging work with more impact. Supplier Selection & Qualification Expert (Team Lead )
Responsible to manage & execute Portfolio Management, Performance Evaluation, supplier.
Qualification, TQC (Total Quality Control) Under procurement requirements for Pakistan and overall Middle East Countries.
Also leads a team of 5 resource and directly report to the Huawei Middle east Procurement Management.
My major responsibilities include but limited to.
Supplier Performance & Portfolio Management
Using different techniques like Price Comparison, Bidding or Negotiations, to select the best possible supplier with the best price and quality of work.
Monitor Overall Middle East supplier portfolio reports and finalized in system.
Using TCO in Bidding and Negotiations scenario’s to select the supplier’s with best performance during the last one year
Managing the supplier portfolio for Managed services, ensure to keep preferred suppliers, phase out the supplier with low performance.
Control overall TQC of procurement for Middle East.
Monitor all countries Supplier performance quarterly and finalized.
Key skills include organizing the bidding & negotiations processes.
Support supplier old PO, s clearances and payment.
Control and monitor suppliers’ delivery performance and taking action and resolve with
Control supplier cyber security and H& I issues from Huawei end.

Used Different Supplier Selection techniques for Like Negotiation’s and Bidding to perform the Supplier Selection.
Supplier Resource Management
Arrange Weekly meetings with subcontractors for the progress of the sites. It includes dependencies and other factors which are hindering the Rollout but these are dependent on Customer. Also requesting Project teams regarding the problems & help which we may face doing the Roll out.
Project Resource management include different Customer Groups, perform the weekly GAP analysis for the on-going project.
Identify project requirement to the supplier and get confirmation for the resources.
Managing procurement procedures, responsibility matrixes of subcontractors & then their acceptance on relevant systems.
Follow up with client for the submitted tenders, quote or commercial offer.
Suppliers where deliveries do not meet project schedule.
Subcontractors’ monitoring and evaluation
Organize suppliers training for EHS and QMS.
Supplier Qualification
Select and qualify the supplier and check all the main standard of qualification.
Keep close Liaison with SECP, during the qualification of Supplier’s & in case of Name change concerns.
Re-Audit of suppliers and finalize their report base on their overall standard.
Handling Supplier Shareholding record and audit with SECP.
Planning and maintain EP supplier qualification at level L2 and L3 and making sure all network KPI are maintained and strictly followed.
Maintain overall supplier report
Visit the supplier offices and do the audit and compare the factual situation with their profiles.
Control overall suppliers audit reports and achieve yearly KPI.
Yearly check suppliers financial reports and evaluate the finance condition
Ensure all documentation for Supplier Qualification.
Support to check supplier’s human resources and report to management.
Manage the supplier qualification and SOW record in different Huawei portal.
Archive and Handle overall contracts data and share the record with HQ.
Coordination with CEG AFG and support in qualification using online tool.
