System Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, I was part of a nearshore team to support an in-house group of developers who work directly with ServProNet, an infrastructure restoration company due to disasters.

Our mission is to migrate a legacy / monolithic system, built in Asp .Net MVC 4 towards a systems based on microservices, with .Net, Angular, AWS, Docker, CQRS, Vertical Architecture, MySQL, among others.

As a teacher for the University Technician in Web Design and Development, I was responsible for teaching the subjects of Database Theories, Web Development Tools, Web Application Development I and Web Application Design.

How teaching has been a great experience, being able to teach database topics, such as data modeling, relational theory, relational algebra, roles, database objects, queries, DDL, CDM, etc.

Also be able to show topics such as Web Sockets with socket.io, fundamentals of DDD, NodeJs, Express, HapiJs, MongoDB among other technologies and topics

Ryte is a mobile application that connects passengers with drivers, a young Honduran company that decided to enter the market since 2019.

My main role in Ryte was that of NodeJs Backend Developer, however I also had to play frontend roles.

However, my role as a backend developer, I was to develop new features to the product, also to help analyze new features for it.

The technologies I worked with were NodeJs, HapiJs, MonogoDB, RabittMQ, PHP, Angular 2, unix environments, AWS among others.

The ServicePro, is an American company, located in Columbus, Ohio, ServicePro is one of the technological leaders in development of software products for pest control, currently have hundreds of customers around the world.

Initially I was part of the new architecture team, with which I tried to migrate / design from the legacy system to microservices.

Later I worked on a very important project for clients in Mexico, this one called Electronic Invoice, which was intended to extend electronic invoices to all its clients. This project was a great professional challenge.

The technologies that were used to build this project were .Net WebApi 3.0, QueueLocalServer, Angular 2, Typescript, WebPack, SQL Server, C # among others.

As a Software Developer Analyst, I was in charge of a special mission, migrating an electronic banking legacy application, this so-called Electronic Subsidiary, is the Web portal for online banking transactions, from transfers, loan payments, inquiries, service payments public, telephone among others.

This was one of the biggest challenges that I have had to face since I had to completely redesign the application architecture, authentication and authorization models, migrate to REST services, connections with Databases and Oracle SQL Server, with a Frontend completely independent and modular among other support applications for it.

The Technologies I used for this instance were .Net WeApi 3.0, EntityFramework 5.0, Microsoft TwoFactor Auth, AngularJs, Oracle SP, among others.

In this company, I played three roles mainly,

As a Systems Administrator, he was in charge of supervising, maintaining and closing the daily operations of the company's financial system.

As a Database Administrator, I was responsible for monitoring the performance of the database servers, as well as ensuring the complete backup of it, as well as important reports for the development of the operation and management.

As a Software Developer Analyst, I was in charge of analyzing, developing and maintaining some home development products, such as the "Clock Marker" administrator system for HR, a biometric system with its respective Web portal for administration.
Reporting System on demand, an interesting system that sought to make the operation process more agile and dynamic.

In all these projects we used .Net, MVC 3, WebApi 2.0 Bootstrap 3 AngularJs technologies among others.

As a Software Developer Analyst, I was responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of a small web inventory system, which aimed to manage the distribution of academic material to different departmental regions of teachers in secondary education.

For this project I used Web technologies such as .ASP Net MVC 3, Bootstrap 2, JQuery, SQL Server, C #

As a Microsoft MTA Software Academy Instructor, at the UNAH Executive Directorate of Technology Management (DEGT) he was responsible for introducing the fundamental concepts on the topics to be examined, such as fundamental theory of OOP, Databases, Web Applications with ASPX and WebForms, as well as topics related to desktop applications such as WinForms with C #.
