I am passionate about project management and leadership. Especially in technology
and development project, where I secure structure, positive leadership, analytical
approach, progress, risk management and documentation. I have many years of
experience as project, program and portfolio management from small projects to large
strategic national programs.
For me, it is important that everyone in the project understands the purpose of what
they are going to do and what the value is. It helps to increase the aggregation and
minimize errors etc. I have achieved good results in complex tasks, by working in a
structured and analytical way. I am a team player who ensures that the team focuses on
the goal and a good working environment.
I enjoy a hectic everyday life with many challenges and an open work environment
