In my current role, I am responsible for everything within Application Management, ie from service desk, to development, processes and compliance. Furthermore, this includes partners, consultants and framework agreements.
With my analytical ability, knowledge, creativity and structured working methods, we have gone from focusing on fire extinguishing to stable teams. Today I am responsible for a system portfolio of over 300 systems where daily operations are part, changes, incidents, procurement, budget and system ownership as well as validation and verification is another. Purchase of HW as well as all applications from Microsoft to millions of millions.
