(2021-2023) A large corporation had spent several months analyzing their debt collection process. The design team had drafted a web-based software solution to manage collecting debt from thousands of customers. I was responsible for creating a front-end application from scratch in React. The app provided easy access for the debt collection team to up to date customer data as well as enabling customer workflow management. As the project matured, my role shifted to a dual UX designer / front-end developer role.
Features: - Excel-like, customized data grids with advanced sorting, filtering and export - Workflow management, handling follow-ups, customer notes, timeline etc.

Standardization Software Provider (2019-2021) I worked for a corporation in the standardization industry, fulfilling a broad role as UX/UI designer, front-end developer (.NET and React.js), working on a suite of applications.

I conducted two major website redesigns including designing a new booking engine, as well as implementing, branding, SEO and conversion strategies that have been very successful. The hotel's website ended up generating a whopping 25% of the annual revenue, saving the staff from countless hours of manual booking handling.
