As a Scrum Master for 5 Squads: Solutions, Products, Platform, Security and Service Management I was responsible for help and track each Backlog by Squad, Impediments (Squads and others Santander Departments as a Cybersecurity, Operations, and others. Multicloud Management: Scale Santander Entities IT for Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google (Workloads on-premise to Public Cloud: Cloud Migration Strategies and Tools, Cloud Computing, Storage Cloud Services and Network Architecture, TLS/SSL certificate management Best Practices).
Leading Change: I understood all the benefits realization from having the CCoE, DevOps and Agile for Global Technology Santander Teams, taking the Business Units, DevOps Lab, InfraSec and the other stakeholders on a journey to have the CCoE for each country. Improve Agility: I helped Santander Bank Group to achieve agility through a reduction of the time need to deploy services by using predefined, automated, and SANTANDER - Certified Configuration. Promote business innovation: In cloud-native based on modern IT, new functionality will be released frequently. Evaluating and using these new capabilities quickly can enhance organizational responsiveness and promote innovation. This engagement will leave SANTANDER with cloud-native and DevOps capabilities that will help support this rhythm of business and help promote innovation. Stay in control: This engagement will provide a cloud-native security and service management framework that will help SANTANDER stay in control of its services while maintaining agility and promoting innovation. Operate a CCoE: SANTANDER will fully take over CCoE operations by the end of this CCoE engagement. Agile modern IT: Help SANTANDER institute a modern IT department through an agile operating model.
Activities In-Progress & Done:
- Built and implemented a CCoE communication plan that includes weekly communications, blogs, sessions, hackathons, training, and events.
- Provided advice on change management approach in order to help the SANTANDER IT organization use its new capabilities.
- Santander will fully take over CCoE operations by the end of this CCoE engagement.

- As an agile project manager, I did:
• Establishes CCoE teams (Solution, Platform, Product, Cybersecurity, PMO, Service Management), Handles overall project management, Provides Technical Quality Assurance, Oversees technical deliveries and confirms consistency across cloud strategy, principles, and guidelines.
• Integration and alignment with the HCF workstream: I ensured a smooth transfer and integration of the foundational cloud platform work done within the HCF workstream into the CCoE operating function.
• Building with the CCoE SAN:
* Team a common Cloud Foundations Framework: Reference Architecture, Security Controls, Service Management, Cloud Operating Model to be used by the SAN Countries.
