Enjoys working with people and seeing people grow and deliver Altinn, public sector ● Team Leader: During the last 14 months Robert was Team-Lead for Techteam on the Altinn project and had at most responsibility for five employees.
A typical workday contain of two parts. First distributing tasks and handling the team, build them up both professionally and individually. The other part was working hands-on with IT operations like application management and DevOps. It could be troubleshooting and resolved issues with applications.
Deploy updates to the infrastructure or new infrastructure. Monitoring the infrastructure and applications.
Migration of databases from an IaaS solution to a PaaS solution, Retail ● Infrastructure consultant: Worked with setting up Azure SQL server and connect infrastructure with existing and new integration solutions (Biz Talk and Azure Integration services). Test that the databases and integrations worked properly after the move. But also, that the tests against external customers and their test systems worked properly.
● Database administrator: Created new databases and moved data there.
Migrate Databases from Physical to Virtual machines, Retail ● Infrastructure consultant: Plan for the move of the databases and set up the new infrastructure in cloud (Azure). After that, my role was to move the data to the new environments in Azure and ensure that the data flow worked properly.
