I am working closely with IT and business stakeholders and communicate easily with both parts.
The work tasks include: analysis of enterprise changes and how they affect Customer Analytics teams and systems. Race requirement for changes and improvements against IT and document those in JIRA. Prioritise cases and time for the IT-team. Follow up on IT deliveries.
This assignment requires a driven and experienced IT-professional, comfortable working in the boundaries between IT and business.
I am working closely with IT and business stakeholders and communicate easily with both parts.

The system offers analysis of the production and manufacturing process at H&M. The solution is complex with more than 15 different source systems and a lot of business rules.
The work task entails responsibility for delivering new functionality in time at high pace that meet agreed business requirements regarding functionality, quality and costs. Identify and enforce changes and improvements in management work. To implement plans and budgets approved by the steering committee with available resources.
Managing the maintenance team effectively. Leading the daily work in sprints for the team that is working agile according to scrum. JIRA is used for planning and managing. The system is on the Microsoft platform and the techniques we use are SSIS, SSAS, SQL with reports in Excel. During the assignment Qlickview was implemented to give business flexible and effective reports.
