STRATEGY EXECUTION AND INNOVATIVE ERP SOLUTIONS

In the past 20 years I have worked as an independent manager and advisor focusing on assisting C-level
management with building IT organisations and delivering cutting edge business driven IT/ERP solutions and technology, providing positive business outcome and increased business agility.
The strategic transformation programs have been extremely varied. From complex ERP transformations and process optimations due to business mergers, to digitally broadcast TV for mobile devices, strategic cloud
transformations, new business models and technologically advanced solutions to increase sales, cost reduction
programs as well as entire IT re-organisations and optimisations of agile working introducing a new DevOps
operating model.
Recently I have mainly worked with cloud transformations (Damco/Maersk and Ørsted) transforming business
applications and coaching entire organisations into an Agile DevOps way of working.
Program Leadership & IT Management - Management of technical and ERP transformation programs
including delivery and operational responsibility. Handling largescale re-organisations and setup of the agile
business driven IT function, delivering flexible and innovative ERP/cloud platforms driving the digital strategy.
Customer and Process Understanding - Throughout my career I have worked with customers and achieved a
deep knowledge and understanding of the entire process landscape within a company. I have worked extensively
with LEAN, analysed companies and optimised process- and capability models as well as off-shoring of administrative- and IT processes resulting in large savings.
Stakeholder management is one of my special competences, and I have often fulfilled this role in large political
organisations. In addition to this I have many years of experience with change leadership, where I have
successfully assessed, planned and executed large scale re-organisations as part of strategic ERP initiatives.
Examples of customer assignments:
• Ørsted - Program Lead and Product Owner of their Cloud Transformation Journey. Setup of an agile
program model, delivery of a global public Azure cloud platform in multiple regions. Transformation of the internal organisation, cloud competence development as well as setup of a new operational cloud model.
• Maersk Logistics - Program Delivery Manager - Responsible for the setup of the strategic program and delivery of a global supply chain Azure cloud platform integrated with SAP. Establishing and leading an
organisation of 265 persons (globally distributed) using an agile DevOps delivery model. Negotiation and optimisation of partner contracts.
• Pandora - Interim Program Director - Transformation of a large global MS Dynamics supply chain
program including budget and personnel responsibility (160 participants). Contract negotiations and off-
shoring of IT development with significant customer savings. Setup of the global process organization.
• Coop - Program manager for the successful re-launch of the 'Coop-loyalty card' - a complex business
transformation within 6 months including 5 different retail chains based on a new mobile first end-to-end
marketing solution fully integrated with ERP & BI systems. Re-design and optimisation of Coop.dk
corporate and e-commerce website.
• Maersk Line - C-level advisor within ERP/IT strategy, Creation of a successful new global SAP strategy
and facilitation of Maersk Line executive decision to re-implement the entire SAP ERP solution. RFI tender
management. Establishing re-implementation scenarios and evaluation of organisational readiness.
Application Management BPO organisation setup.
• Nokia (South East Asia) - Principal: Business- and budget responsible for a DVB-H media solution,
setup of the future business model for the commercial broadcasting (5 mill. expected clients). Successful
establishment of a transmissionsnetwork for broadcasting and implementation of the media solution in 9
months within budget. Responsible for tender management of a 170 mill USD tender.
Tender management and contract negotiations. I often drive tender processes and manage the entire
selection process of strategic partners in relation to global strategic ERP initiatives. I have often managed
contract negotiations on behalf of the customers - negotiating both the commercial and delivery contract terms.
I provide organisational change leadership coaching staff on all levels of the organisation through the
substantial transformation effort - establishing new agile standards and ways of working for all employees, in the most streamlined and cost efficient manner.
All in all a very broad and varied portfolio of assignments, that all are characterised by having large responsibility,
high expectations of successful delivery and high quality business outcome within a reasonably short time.

• P&L responsibility - Revenue of 0 to 22 mill. DKK in year 1
• Opening of the French office for Columbus IT Partner, product development of French Concorde
XAL/Axapta version and sales and implementation of 3 projects in France within one year
