Project Manager GRICO-POSCO Consortium Co. - IRAN (2003-2009) • This international project was defined to Increase the capacity of production of ESCO from 1.2 to 2.5 M ton/year which GRICO was responsible for supplying 140,000 tons including engineering services and supervision, Steel structure, Mechanical and Electrical equipment, Instrumentation as well as supervision on commissioning.
• I was responsible for Sinter plant and Auxiliary services projects with totally 28000 tons supply. Successful change management done which brings lots money to my company to recover extra cost of project.
• In this project POSCO from South Korea was involved as main contractor.
