Over the last 10 years the Consultant has primarily been working in the FinTech and Robotics industries, with a special focus on analysis, design and implementation of products, processes, and core systems. He has conducted a number of business analysis projects leading to new product- or process designs or system selections and has managed several implementation- and migration projects in especially the Insurance and Case & Records Management (ESDH) domains. But he has vast experience in leading software development, -integration, -implementation or bid management projects in general.

Built a complete concept of a Smarthome solution supporting senior citizens and their relatives.
The work included creation of business case, investment pitch, marketing- and communication framework, technical PoC, test installations, algorithms, platform- and vendor selection. The project was laid down due to Covid-19.

The consultant was hired by the board of directors to do a due diligence and propose next steps.
The project involved a technology-, people-, customer-, market- and financial assessment of the company's current position, as well as an estimation of funding needs for the coming 24 months, and a proposal for a new strategic direction of the company.

Establishing of a business partnership between Topdanmark and a partner. First building block of the partnership was centered around a joint SmartHome and Alarm services integrated in the core business lines of both companies.
The consultant was primary business developer and -analyst and headed the overall program/project, including business alignment and integration on the Topdanmark side, with a junior project manager handling the IT-integrations.

Responsible for digital activities across the Group, including other strategic areas like Digital Innovation Lab, Data Office and IoT.
Led an organization with 31 Product Owners, Digital Officers and business developers, leading development teams totaling approx. 150 FTE's. Negotiated and managed relationships with subcontractors

Creation of new insurance affinity; COOP Forsikringer as a separate entity of Topdanmark. The consultant was responsible for customer front ends and member of the 3-person leadership team driving the project. The project covered the full cycle of establishing a new insurance company; business case, government approvals, internal integration, change management, system/vendor selections, implementation of initial insurance products, all processes and launch.
Due to his experience from similar implementations and in-depth knowledge of the SaaS-based PAS system chosen as backend, he was also an integral part of the product-, integration- and processes design.

As head of a new horizontal organization, the consultant created a governance & prioritization model - based on value streams and balancing savings, sales and customer experience - for cross-organizational digitalization activities.
He was hands-on especially in establishing the basic concepts for prioritization and divisional leadership involvement/ownership and drove the change management process through other leaders.

The consultant held several responsibilities including business development, products and services, and was always heavily involved in strategy creation, presales, and customer advisory, eg. as a key person in answering RFP's and doing strategy workshops and -projects for prospects and customers.
In addition to the below mentioned projects, he was executive sponsor on a number of new system implementations and Bid Manager on several large Request For Proposals.

The company deliver solutions for case- and records management especially for industries with special needs for compliance, documentation, and process automation. The Danish customers were primarily within Public Sector (Central Government) and in the Oil & Gas industry.
The consultant held several different responsibilities in the services organization, including head of several departments and Services Director. One of the objectives was to adjust the organization and create a winning culture, as part of an essential turnaround of the company.
In addition to the below mentioned projects he was involved in responding to a large number of Request- For-Proposals and acted as Bid Manager on some.
