- Responsibilities in Trade Finance new solution project implementation: specific questions coordination to support program manager, stream leads, product owners; follow up on specific deliveries; retrospective facilitation.

- Prepared and communicated general rollout schedule and activity timetable plans

• Responsible for factoring system projects and tasks execution: took part in requirements preparation, planning, change coordination and preparation for deployment, participated in testing and deployment. Executed system upgrade.

IT project manager in Bank core system change program for factoring and trade finance areas: 

- Responsible for new factoring and trade finance systems implementation and integration with new core system and other related systems on Lithuania site 

- Business and IT integration requirements analysis and preparation for vendor and local IT team 

- Coordination of rollout activities execution within related business area 

- Got great experience from working with international team from European countries and India

Progress 4GL, PL SQL:

• IS development, maintenance and improvement: implemented direct debit product administration process; currency exchange backend for PC-banking and Internet banking systems; Treasury deals administration process; Bank statements for client's improvement and other. 

• Participated in Bank modernisation project as programmer and executor: adjusted existing programs, created data migration utilities. Responsible for migration tasks execution and data quality in the area of responsibility and bank statements preparation for clients after migration.
