I am a goal-oriented, positive, attentive, relationship-creating and solution-oriented manager and leader, with strong competencies in Project Management and Service Delivery Management. In addition, I have strong knowledge with transition and change management as well as operations and service management. Furthermore, I have managed project and operation teams, stakeholders, customers and suppliers – both offshore and nearshore. Most projects and operation have been IT infrastructure-related, which my CV shows.
I work in the intersection between business and IT and have the insight into a company's needs for lasting stability, the purpose of the changes to execute the determined and established strategies and the company's general requirements for supportive, flexible and value-creating systems, processes and frameworks.
I have experience from a large number of industries since 1989, with a focus on projects and operations as well as migration and implementation - both as a consultant, supplier and customer. I am PRINCE2 and ITIL certified as well as SL II and Engagement Management trained. In addition, I have knowledge of ISO27001, TOGAF, USM, Kanban and Scrum.
