Solution- and action-oriented senior business consultant with more than 25 years IT and business process experience in different business areas (procurement, sales, production, service, HR). I have a practical, analytical and pragmatic approach towards challenging tasks and related solutions within the area of tension between business and IT.
During the last 10 years my main focus has been on Master Data Management and Master Data Governance. Working with Master Data gives me the privilege to collect all my experiences from the past 25 years. Even though IT runs like a red thread through my career, it’s mainly my insight and experience with processes and people that makes the difference and my strong analytical skills.

At MTH Group I am in charge of establishing a Master Data Governance Organization, across the 5 subsidiaries (MT Højgaard, Lindpro, Enemærke & Petersen, Ajos and Scandi Byg).
The implementation of a Master Data Framework and Methodology includes KPI dashboards and data cleansing activities, to assure superb master data quality. Solid and agile processes for creating, maintaining and superseding core master data elements.
