Nicklas is an appreciated technical project manager with many successful projects. He always establishes a good climate with all involved in the project. With more than 22 years of experience as an IT-consultant, Nicklas is a very competent asset. He has tackled several different roles and worked with different branches which given him broad knowledge.
As an experienced CRM expert with more than 9 years of experience, Nicklas has the understanding of customer solutions and the application. In the developing and customizations area he is well experienced and there has been an architect and business analyst role in each project so in that area Nicklas has good knowledge.
Nicklas always have an positive mindset which motivates people around him. He is a people-person that gets along with everyone and is very appreciated by his colleagues. Nicklas is also running a chocolate shop where they make chocolate pralines.

Telia needed an experienced Project Manager for implementing new changes in their current CRM. Nicklas had the role of Project Manager and Main Architect for their Salesforce implementation. In the project an external vendor was involved in the development together with Nicklas who was leading the development team. Telia was very pleased with the result and the project went smoothly thanks to an excellent prestudy and project plan.
