Meticulous, creative and goal-oriented IT-/Information Security expert with 25 years of experience, both in Private and Public sector. I have an analytic yet pragmatic mindset and I work equally well as an individual with my own goals, or as part of a group with common goals. I have experience in and appreciate leading teams, but I have no issues being led by others. I put a lot of pride in my own achievements and I tend to work best with people of equal ambition. With that said, whenever there is room for it, I try to coach and cheer on less performing colleagues and to create a positive atmosphere in the team.
