Role and Responsibilities:

 

This role will see the successful candidate leading pieces of work soon after starting as well as responsible for upskilling the rest of the team.

 

What you need:

 

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Digital/ Non-digital design experience
  • Ability to establish a user research methodology
  • Strong background in data: both gathering data & using existing data
  • Strong ability to transfer knowledge and train other team members
  • Public sector experience desirable but not essential
