Senior User Experience Designer

The Role

You'll be working closely with users and key business stakeholders to understand mindsets and requirements, communicate issues or suggest improvements for the products to turn this into functional design and an overall successful product. You'll have the capacity and experience to deliver powerful design ideas, whilst collaborating with the product and development team.

• Push design practices aligning with industry standards, co-functioning with the development team.
• Define and lead the UX direction through research, analysis, sketches, workflows, wireframes and interaction specifications.
• Listen to customer feedback and research reports, turning data into beautiful and effective design.
• End to end ownership of the company's product and experience.

Your Profile

• 7+ years commercial experience of information architecture, user experience, interface or interaction design
• A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities throughout various design phases
• Proven experience leading the design-thinking and user-centred design practices across varied functional disciplines
• Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
• Proficient in all the latest tools- InDesign, Adobe creative suite, Sketch
• A Degree in design-related fields.
