Responsibilities:

  • Deploying/maintaining/patching systems
  • Experience with CUCM/Unity/IM & Presense/UCCX and Expressway
  • Work with customers and Cisco to contribute to technical discussions and troubleshoot/resolve issues
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
