Senior Business Analyst - M3 ERP

Intro

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist in several projects - ERP/M3 experience - Inbound/outbound. Strengthen Business Analyst competence and capacity in line and projects.

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like: 

• Identify, analyse and challenge process and solution improvements though workshops and meetings 
• Document requirements (e.g. business requirements, use cases, user stories etc.) 
• Support the quality assurance process by validating Test Cases and supporting the Test team 
• Contribute to the creation of the process and solution documentation 
• Contribute to the creation of the ‘learning offer’ for the solution including training materials and delivery of training. 

To be successful in this role you need to have: 

• A results driven profile and used to take leadership and coordinate activities. 
• Strong analytical skills. You are able to structure information and derive conclusions and consequences out of it. 
• Solid knowledge and experience in business analysis and the requirements engineering process. 
• Knowledge of general IT frameworks e.g. standards, infrastructure, platforms, frameworks, development concepts and processes. 
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. 
• Experience in facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities. 
• A willingness to always strive for improvement and you are highly motivated to learn new things. 

Experience in... 

M3 (ERP), Order management, stock inventory, procurement, Supply chain planning, Finance (Controlling, Accounting, invoicing, payment) 

Other 

- Supply Chain Management (Inbound, Outbound) and Finance. 
- We have M3 as main ERP application but working with many capabilities in integrated systems.
