Job description:
We are looking for a Team Facilitator/Scrum Master to lead three development teams working with microservices in the areas of data collection, fault management and security. These are then integrated in our customers products in their Network portfolio.
The purpose of this role is to facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) of team velocity and productivity. You will ensure that the team adhere to given processes and within given frames encourage the team to
try new ways of working, as well as to ensure that the team visualize status for activities. In this role you will work in close collaboration with the responsible Product Owner.
Requested knowledge and skills:
• Experience of Project Management
• Knowledge and experience from Agile/Scrum
• Previous experience from Network development
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
