SAP Financial Planning Lead

Responsibilities and Skills Required include:

BACKEND - Mandatory Skills

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for Short & Long Term Financial Planning cycles to understand S/4HANA specific finance planning objects to store and process budget plan data. Experience with external planning tools like TM1 or similar preferred.
• Experience in implementation of What if Scenarios, Driver based planning, HR Planning (establishment cost, head count), Capex / Opex Planning, Revenue Planning, Legal consolidation / Group Reporting that are used to generate the short & long term planning cycles.
• Ability to identify and analyze S/4HANA tools (ACDOP or equivalent) and Fiori Apps to upload and manage plan data with S/4HANA and its use with external planning tools.
• Understand Master and transactional system & datasets to support financial planning and converting these requirements into Financial Planning specific technical designs (i.e. Configuration and Functional Specifications).
• Evaluate risks related to requirements implementations, testing processes, project communications, and training the business users and stake holder management
• Experience working with offshore teams for on-time delivery and team management

FRONTEND - Mandatory Skills

• Knowledgeable of the Short & Long Term financial planning cycles and data intersection of External Planning tools with S/4HANA
• Must be able to identify and articulate the datasets from S/4HANA to support the financial planning cycles (i.e. Fiori Apps, Transactions, etc.)
• Experience in developing upload and download services within ACDOP, Analytical Fiori Apps like Smart Business KPIs, Analytical List Page, Multi-dimensional Reports and generating O-Data Services
• Proficient in S/4HANA FICO domain
