Project Manager - Transition & Transformation - Security Services (IAM)

For our client we are looking for a Project Manager - Security Services (IAM).   

Objectives:   
- With reference to the Transition Manager you will succesfully manage the "stream/specific project" and coordinate across New Supplier, Incumbent Supplier and IT / Business 

Qualifications: 
- Ability to learn and understand relevant technical / IT service areas 

- Problem solver and ability to critical thinking 

- Ability to learn and understand business and business use of IT services within stream 

Responsibilities:   

- Manage the day-to-day aspects of stream, planning, status delivery, communications and issue/risk management 

- Act as SPOC, escalation point and partner for Supplier's and Incumbent's Stream Leads 

- Actively participate in identifying requirements / pre-requisites related to other streams within Transition 

- Manage quality and ensure contract requirements are delivered and fulfilled according to agreed acceptance criteria within stream 

- Actively ensure close corporation with the Migration Team 

Expirence:   

- Project Management experience specifically with service transition and IT Operation 

- Preferably experience with our client's business and how to interact with business during transition period 

- Preferably experience with technical / service areas in relation to the stream 

- Experience with IT Service Management
