We are currently working on a very interesting role with one of our clients who is based in Dublin and a leader in their industry.
They are currently looking for a People Analytics Manager to join their team on a daily rate contract and manage the team through a transformation.
For this role, you will need to have a background in managing an analytics team through a transformation journey and operating model change.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with HR systems in a transformation project.
This is a senior role where you will be taking the current team from a relatively basic standard of delivery that they have today, with the aim to really uplift this and elevating cross team capability.
You will need to come from a strong analytics background and have previous experience of working with stakeholders, understanding the requirements, articulating and finally delivering them.
Experience:
- Workday, Prism, Power BI ideal
- May also look at experience with other HR systems
