Management consultant (Project Manager) urgent!

Description of the assignment

Our client are looking for a Management consultant/Senior Project Manager.

Work tasks within the assignment:

• ITEP F, moving from analysis and recommendations into Agile Transformation planning and execution. Also including set up of new IT organisation and implementation of the same
• Planning for and transforming traditional and industrial organisation, Way-of Working and culture to Lean Agile Enterprise organization and WoW. Skills required are expertise and experience in Lean Agile Transformation, change management, agile practises, coaching, SAFe, leadership, technology and DevOps
• Planning, structuring, organizing and creating presentation and communication material. Support Product Owners and Scrum master in implementing new org and coach the change. The Product owners will steer the work and follow a backlog

Requirements

• The consultant shall have experience of working with:
  • organizational changes
  • implementing new WoW
  • communicating on all levels
  • experience from Agile WoW
  • SAFe framework
  • be highly skilled in creating presentations and information packages, structuring and organizing work
• The consultant needs to be able to extremely fast grasp the WoW, be self-driven and get up to speed immediately

The consultant shall constantly transfer knowledge to his/hers peers and upload/share documents and material in order to extremely quickly be able to be rolled off with short notice (maybe 2 weeks) if needed.
