Dynamics 365 Analyst

Dublin City Centre client requires a Dynamics 365 Analyst for a 12 month daily rate contract with experience of working with Microsoft Operating Systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing technical application support across diverse in-house Application Systems
• Providing support to project teams for project implementations and upgrades
• Proactive systems monitoring and maintenance
• Manage and resolve incidents as they occur with appropriate communications
• Perform/utilise a range of IT Service Management functions including Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, and Configuration Management
• Point of contact with internal customers and 3rd party suppliers
• Disaster Recovery planning and testing
• Vulnerability management and patching

Experience Required

• Three years’ experience in a similar technical role is a minimum requirement.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and products
• Knowledge and experience of working in a Dynamics 365 environment
• Proven troubleshooting skills and methodology
• Experience in working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments
• Understanding of/experience with Microsoft and Oracle databases
• Clear technical knowledge and understanding of IT applications and components

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of IT Service Management
• Understanding of Information Security principles and risk
• Awareness and understanding of Point of Sale, front and back end systems and applications
• Ability to work flexibly (including outside normal business hours) and effectively with changing priorities

Educational Requirements

• A relevant third level qualification is desirable for this post.
