The Role
The ICT Level 2 Support Officer roles encompass providing support across the whole organization's network alongside supporting the Operations Manager. As a major retailer, there will be a particular emphasis upon provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of POS systems. There will be also a mix of support of organizations software and hardware systems. Some project work and troubleshooting will be involved for those wishing to develop their skills further. As with any Support Officer role, clear communication and a passion for customer service and teamwork are mandatory.
Your Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in providing level 1 and 2 technical support
- Ability to work in high pressure and high volume role
- Excellent analytical, time management and multitasking skills.
- Customer Service
- Organizational skills
