The role
You need to have a strong will to drive the process of finding the best digital solutions and continuously improve our ways of working.

You will actively work as an ERP Technical solution architect, supporting several product areas and domains – focusing on Technical Design (high-level and detailed design) for ERP.

You need to steer the solution design by working across multi-vendor and multi-platform teams while ensuring the architecture and standards are considered. You need to provide high-level/detailed design to the RICEFWs & technical solution topics. You need to provide SME support for technical solution design. You will be the primary point of contact for the SAP Technical Solution design and review and provide an independent view on the right place to build the solution be it on SAP BTP or on cloud platform (AWS) by providing the right expertise and support.

Who you are?

You are most likely a person who is always focused on finding solutions and loves a good problem. Static is boring to you; changes and new information is exciting. The biggest satisfaction you know of is combining your business understanding, and technical knowledge and selling the ideas behind your solution using your strong communication skills. You know perfectly well that it doesn’t help to be right about something if you can’t sell it. Addressing business leads and development teams is different and you easily adapt your communication style to create understanding. Through your career as a solution architect, you have become confident and colleagues from both business and technology domains turn to you for guidance. You enjoy coaching others and helping them grow more competent.

Technically you have a background in development before you started taking on architect roles. We are using serverless which is different in more ways than you might think if this is new to you. It is a big plus if you have a solid experience in serverless, otherwise, you will need to be prepared to learn.
