Consultant Task – Project Manager (Senior Level), Greater Copenhagen (16.05.2022)

One of our customers has a termination of a contract of an existing IT solution, so they need a system replacement. For this they need a project manager who can help with minimize impact of migration to the new solution.
 

Key deliveries from the required profile:

• Planning and managing the tender activity track of the project, focused at commercial, legal and vendor engagement activities, based on input tender requirements already specified
• Facilitate tender evaluation activities
• Be responsible for producing tender evaluation reporting as well as producing management material for and assisting in the vendor selection process
• Ensuring and facilitating good collaboration in the project team and involved parties in the tender, in collaboration with the project manager heading the replacement project
   

Location: Greater Copenhagen (Possible to work remote some days a week)

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

• Project management experience with detailed planning and execution of IT system tender processes
• Experience in engaging with and ensuring good collaboration with vendors
