Assignment Details

For a client in Copenhagen, we are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of the entire program, ensuring that it meets its strategic objectives, delivers the intended benefits, and aligns with the organization's goals.

Your main key responsibilities will be:
- Coordination and integration of all program components, including the Solution Development organization, Solution Operations team, and Organizational Change Management team
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Define and refine the program's objectives and ensure that planning and execution align with these objectives and the organization's strategic goals
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, ensuring alignment, and reporting on program progress
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks and issues, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively to minimize impact on the program
- Budget and Resource Management: Secure and manage the program's budget and resources, ensuring they are allocated effectively across the program's components to meet strategic objectives.
- Integration Across Phases and Teams: Ensure seamless integration and coordination across all phases of the program and between the various teams and units, solving interdependencies and potential conflicts.


Location: Onsite Copenhagen. Remote is not possible.
Workload: 100%
Start: ASAP or no later than 1st of August 
Duration: 31.12.2024 + the possibility for extension
Language: Danish and English

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Proven experience with overall leadership of a large-scale public program through its lifecycle, from design and build to pilot and full-scale implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid experience with Change Management and with leading organizational change management efforts, ensuring that the program's changes are adopted and accepted by the whole organization
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in public sector implementation. Proven experience in large-scale public programs
- Proficiency in program and project management tools and supporting systems such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus, as well as certifications in PMP, PgMP, or similar.
