Are you an experienced professional in project portfolio and demand management? 
We are actively seeking an individual to become the central point of contact for a designated business unit. This role involves overseeing business requests during the demand phase, conducting value/business case assessments, identifying business needs and challenges, and providing high-level estimates of resource requirements and costs. Effective collaboration and presentation skills at the VP level are crucial for success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for the designated business unit.
  • Manage business requests during the demand phase.
  • Conduct value/business case assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify business needs and problems to inform decision-making.
  • Provide high-level estimates of resource requirements and costs.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at the VP level.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to communicate complex concepts.

  • Gothenburg, Sweden

  • Vienna, Austria

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in project portfolio and demand management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially at the VP level.
  • Ability to assess business requests and align them with organizational objectives.
  • Experience in resource estimation and cost analysis.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
