Consultant Task – Agile Coach, Bergen (14.02.2022)

For a big Scandinavian client we are looking for a skilled Agile Coach to establish 2 SAFe Agile Release Trains.

The consultant's primary task will be support to the ART and team design in the formation of 2 new ARTs and ensure adherence to agile principles and frameworks based on experience from previous ART formations.

Until April it will be working on existing ART tasks such as:
- Facilitation of workshops
- ART support and sparring and PI planning
- Coaching to and sparring with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Project Managers and Software Architects
- Epic Owner implementation + Epic optimization and improvement process for enhanced product development
- Overall implementation plan

After that, the tasks will consist of the following:
- Elaboration of ART Vision/Roadmap
- Training and kickoff
- Consolidation of ART management workshops
- Participation in PI planning and contribution to IP iteration
- Coaching of Scrum Master and Product Owner including sparring/knowledge sharing
- Team workshops 
- Ongoing support/sparring to ART leadership

- Able to fulfil the role of professional Release Train Engineer
- Experience with IT development teams
- Knowledge of insurance

A heavy agile experience and background is required for this position.
