(CLOSED) DevOps Engeneer with start ASAP

We are currently looking for you as a consultant who is ready to take on a new assignment as a DevOps Engineer, based in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

For this assignment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

The role is a day to day maintenance and management of legacy LEMP site, including database servers, application servers, and backend services. Reporting is heavily matrixed and will involve work with marketing, finance, design, head of the studio, and part-time senior ops staff. Primary tasks will be handling known issues as they arise, diagnosing new issues, and escalating where appropriate. Depending on dev experience, the role may also include helping bug fixes and small updates.

Experience and knowledge:

For this assignment we are looking for a person with the following experience:

- Ability to carefully diagnose complex legacy systems

- Experience running PHP based sites

- Experience with MySQL (ideally version 5 and Percona XtraDB-cluster)

- Good Linux skills (bash)

- Basic PHP coding skills

- Basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills

- Basic experience with Java

- Experience with large LEMP based sites (Nginx, Mysql, PHP and Memcached)

Your Profile:

In order to become a successful candidate for the assignment, we seek you who are/have:

- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken

- 3 or more years of experience of the above qualifications
