Riassunto

Mi chiamo Paola Massignan e sono una designer industriale che si è affacciata al mondo del design partendo dall’artigianato tipico della sua città natale: la gioielleria. Dopo aver toccato diversi ambiti della progettazione, nel 2016 ho iniziato il mio lavoro da freelance, occupandomi di grafica istituzionale e gestione di eventi.


Nel 2017 mi sono trasferita a Milano, dove lavoro a tutt’oggi come consulente e art director per conto di studi quali Publicis Sapient e Digital Entity. Per NTT Data mi sono occupata di progetti di realtà aumentata -gestendone direttamente visual design, modellazione 3D e animazione- e di interfacce utente in qualità di UI designer.
Precedentemente ho ricoperto la mansione di grafica e assistente marketing presso un’azienda vicentina, occupandomi di tutto ciò che riguarda il canale comunicativo, retail e di event management per marchi quali GoPro, Ogio, VR|46 e TomTom.
Questa esperienza mi ha permesso di ampliare le mie conoscenze nel design e nel marketing, a completamento di una professionalità iniziata all’estero durante il percorso di Laurea Specialistica presso il Politecnico di Milano.
Il primo soggiorno, a Singapore, mi ha permesso di approcciare il mondo della progettazione grafica e di prodotto. Successivamente, a Parigi, lavorando dapprima in Carrefour International e poi in L’Oréal Professionnel, ho potuto confrontarmi con un lavoro più “business oriented “.
Oltre a raggiungere in questi anni una totale autonomia nella gestione delle dinamiche di creazione, sviluppo e implementazione di progetti legati alla progettazione, al marketing operativo e al marketing strategico, ho supportato start-up di successo tra cui un marchio di biciclette a pedalata assisita e un’azienda che opera nel campo delle auto d’epoca.
 

Il mio desiderio attuale è di continuare il mio percorso professionale in un ambito creativo, ampliando le mie conoscenze in ambito digital e di ricerca. Sono attenta ai cambiamenti in termini di innovazione tecnologica e digitale,e molto sensibile alla tematica della customer experience.
