Natalia was responsible for designing and leading the process of gathering, analysing and communicating user's and business needs for the development of new technical solutions. Together with lead UX-designer, Natalia designed main workflow and information strategy for ICAs user self-service GDPR solution. Using workshops, observations, interviews and design studios, Natalia facilitated the process of interpretation and application of GDPR with the goal of giving customers agency over their data.
