Sales performance achieved thru proactive sales activities to generate leads, followed by project management with total responsibility to win the contracts and procure subcontractors. Some examples of personal performance follows below.

Bid Manager for several business projects 2019 for a company in the financial sector (one of the largest in the Nordics). Project Management performed in cooperation with delivery teams in the US, Sweden and India. Bid projects for Customer Interaction and Application Development (agile teams including offshore). Won a large contract for implementation and Integration with an additional 5 year Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery regarding a production system for global business needs at the client.

Several contracts with Skatteverket regarding their Web Content Management platform SiteVision, www.skatteverket.se, Skatteverket Intranet, www.kronofogden.se and other web applications. Procurement of subcontractor SiteVision. The first declaration day per year, this Digital Customer Experience solution (with integration to e-services and legacy systems) has about 1 million visits and approximately 6.8 million page views.

Contract to produce a portal solution for Digital Transformation at Northern Europe's leader in agriculture. Sales lead for all teams and for the procurement of our subcontractors Episerver, IBM and Niteco. All of the clients digital offerings are brought together in the new portal, an important step in the Digital Transformation of Swedish agriculture to increase productivity, profitability and simplify the daily work for the farmers and the employees.

Contract with Skånetrafiken to produce a new digital customer interaction platform based on Episerver, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft BizTalk. The solution includes www.skanetrafiken.se, CRM, E-Commerce, Case Management, intranet and integration to legacy systems. Procurement of subcontractor Star Republic.Several contracts with Scania regarding their global intranet solution. Procured subcontractors.

Have won contracts and procured subcontractors for portal solutions, services, consultancy and licenses to many Swedish governments and regions.

Manager for IT solution sales people. Chairman of the Deal Qualification Board at the Logica Sweden Enterprise Content Management practise. Implemented a consulting led selling strategy for business consultants. 

Business developer in the team that produced the cloud service LogicaLive together with colleagues and in close relationship with IBM. Planned sales and marketing together with IBM and produced sales material. The LogicaLive service (great social collaboration functionality for large intranets based on IBM products) where sold, implemented and delivered to Scania and SEB.

Business Area Manager for the department at WM-data who developed the Web Content Management product Content M. We sold and delivered internet / intranet solutions to clients like Scania, Riksgäldskontoret, Axfood, Spendrups, Danderyds Sjukhus, IVA, Förenade Liv, LITA, COOP and Målerifakta. 

Together with two colleagues responsible for the business project, start-up and initial operation of an outsourcing contract (workplace support, PC and Unix) at the CERN laboratory in Geneva. Won the contract in competition with many IT companies in Central Europe. An operation was started with 11 WM-data employees and a local subcontractor, DCS, with 16 employees. WM-data completed the three year contract.
