With more than 25 years of experience, my professional path covers projects in 12 different countries, including
active participation in numerous IATA, ATPCO, STAR Alliance, EU Commission TAPTSI Rail Standards and

The role as strategic consultant was part of pre-sales with a focus of understanding and documenting customer
requirements and ownership of the customer discovery process. The strategic consultant owned the RFP and was responsible for the responses. My areas of responsibilities were shopping, merchandizing, fulfillment, e-
commerce and the role worked closely with product management and customer implementation. My portfolio
consisted of 15 airline customers varying in size and business models.

2017-11 - 2018-08
As digital Solution Manager for Lufthansa I was responsible for documenting the customer's product
requirements and understanding their needs and their roadmap. In addition to the role as solution manager I was the local product manager Central Europe for Shopping, Merchandising, Digital API and CEM solutions.

2013-11 - 2017-10
Part of the Travel & Transportation Team responsible for development of new digital software solutions to support airlines. My airline expertise areas were shopping, pricing, inventory, availability, merchandizing,
ancillary revenue and ecommerce. Prior to the engagement for Lufthansa I was responsible for writing all the use
cases for shopping and merchandizing for Travelsky and collaborated on the use cases for availability and revenue
management as part of the HPE/Travelsky project. I also worked on the Business Intelligence project and the
collaboration with Datalex. The role involved market research, market intelligence, business requirements and
working closely with different teams in Travel and Transportation, mainly the SOA Team, HPE Labs and the NDC Project. In addition, I worked as an industry expert on multiple RFPs.

• Wrote the full suite of shopping and merchandizing use cases for Travelsky
• Evaluated and made recommendations for the Datalex integration
• Speaker at the Rail Revenue Management Forum, Paris in 2015 and advisor on rail in HPE
2015-09 - 2017-08
Outsourced by HPE/DXC to Lufthansa Group Airline IT for the Direct Distribution Project. The project ended in August 2017 when it was handed over to line distribution in Swiss Airlines. The project role included
coordinating calls and meetings, status updates as well as being the point of contact for other key projects in
Lufthansa such as COBRA, Group Project, Airline.com and Smile.

• Implemented the Altéa Direct Connect
o Initiated project and implemented launch customers Siemens and Volkswagen
o Managed the Altéa direct connect project and project plan for LH airline IT
o Responsible for all project documentation for the Altéa direct connect

Outsourced by HPE/DXC to the Lufthansa Group airline.com project where I worked on the flight search and merchandizing work stream. The assignment included the responsibility of writing the RFI and RFP for flight
search and merchandising. For the RFP I evaluated and recommended vendors on behalf of LH Group.

2012-01 - 2013-08
A leadership role that included development, planning and execution of the overall product marketing strategy,
product portfolio, go-to-market strategies, identification of growth areas and the development of strategic
roadmaps. M y responsibility was to identify products and services that reduced the distribution costs and at the same time protect airline revenues. The position had a strong focus on R&D for emerging new distribution 2.0.
Activities included among others, market research, analysis, competitor scans, market intelligence, product
launch/adoption and monitoring of marketing trends.

• Represented ATPCO in EU commission TAPTSI project for Rail Industry standards & Full Service
Model for Rail products and services including chairing one of the work streams.

Short-term project to help PAL with their migration to Sabre PSS. My focus was on fares distribution including
outsourcing of fares distribution, GSA strategy and ecommerce strategy including branded fares.

• Made recommendations for GSA structure and processes
2010-10 - 2012-11
At Everbread I was responsible for industry contacts with ATPCo, IATA, AIRINC, OAG and represented
Everbread at all the ATPCo and IATA working groups. I coordinated RFP responses, product implementation and training and worked closely with our CTO on planning and prioritization. I worked with airlines on
projects such as securing private fares for our customers and on improving availability - both with direct
connects and improve methodology for polling or caching, including low cost carriers in Radixx and Navitaire.
In addition I was a member of the Advisory Board of Airfair, (AER), and the largest consolidator in Germany.
Key achievements:
• Successfully installed our ATPCO G30 process for airlines and implemented the IATA two-letter
code (E1) and SITA address
• Built a new Q&A Team and managed 5 direct reports
2009-09 - 2010-09
At Norwegian I worked for distribution, revenue management, revenue pricing and sales. I implemented
Amadeus E-Ticketing, Automated Reissue CAT31, wrote the business case and implemented BSP. I worked on a
team of four to negotiate distribution contracts with GDS and third parties. I was responsible for researching
emerging distribution technologies and industry trends to improve distribution methods and continuously lower
cost. Another responsibility was corporate booking tools where I worked closely with sales and acted as point of contact for both booking tools and travel agents for all technical and commercial issues. I wrote the business case and managed the outsourcing of fares filing to TCS. I worked on the RFP team of ten people who recommended
the future hosting solution for Norwegian evaluating Altéa, Sabre Sonic, ITA and my responsibility was shopping,
fares and ticketing.
Key achievements:
• Implemented BSP, ROI in three weeks
• Implemented automated reissue and e-ticketing
• Outsourced all fares filing, cost savings $20,000
• Created and implemented a new corporate fare structure
2006-08 - 2009-08
The position held at SAS was commercial relations at the Airline Commercial Head office in distribution. The
work involved GDS negotiations, the RFP evaluation of future SAS PSS evaluating Altéa, Sabre Sonic, ITA,
Worldspan, SITA, In my role I was also responsible for the commercial relationship with corporate tools, ITA,
Farelogix, G2 Switchworks and other suppliers in emerging distribution. I managed a large online sales project to
improve web sales as well as being responsible in my team for benchmarking. I worked for all airlines within the SAS group (7 airlines).
Key achievements:
• Initiated and managed the Online Salability project in SAS which lowered SAS sell failure rates in Sabre and ITA by 20%
• Implemented push availability
• Worked on, evaluated and made recommendations for the RFP for new PSS
2001-01 - 2006-07
Worked as Product Manager at Amadeus Scandinavia responsible for a total of 15 products including all Amadeus
Fare Quote Products, Allotment Products and Tour Operator and Consolidator Products. I worked closely with ecommerce, web services and API. I also worked for Amadeus Miami on an exchange program. In my
role I launched new products, had the responsibility for all customer market requirements and managed the support routines for the products. I recommended product pricing and strategies, gathered competitive
information. My focus was on internet technology and worked with all 3rd-party developers in setting up their
websites and the Amadeus solutions e-retail and AETM. I actively worked on the RFPs for Berg-Hansen and VIA Travel (Egencia).
Key achievements:
• Invited by South African Airways in Johannesburg to present a recommendation for ecommerce
fares automation to the board of directors at SAA
• Represented Amadeus Scandinavia at the official Bilateral and Joint Functional meetings where I
represented the Scandinavian market
1989-01 - 2001-01
Responsible for all fares automation within American Express Nordics and managed several projects, e.g.
electronic ticketing, T Q M , the Amex platforms Jaguar, Ace, AXI, Global Max and Global Fares Integration
(Grand). I also worked in training where I taught several courses, advanced fares, reissue and recalculation, Lotus
Notes, Windows NT and Amadeus. When Scandinavia migrated to Amadeus in 1992 Amadeus Scandinavia
cont r acted me to train and support. In parallel I w or ked on our international fares helpdesk and assisted in opening three new locations as a BSP subject matter expert.
