I have been working with ERP systems, mostly with Movex og M3, for 30 years as a System Developer, Business Consultant and as a Project Manager. I have worked as both an external software supplier, in internal IT departments og and as an independent Software Developer/Business Consultant.
I have international experience from a two-year relocation to New Zealand and Australia and more.
I communicate fluently in English in both writing and speaking.
I love developing software. I have worked with analysis, design, implementation and support of ERP-systems and software, that integrates into ERP-systems.
My interest for IT and the usage of IT, is huge and I am self-driven in maintaining my technical knowledge and in acquiring new knowledge and skills.
I like to work in an environment, where I can grow as a professional worker with other peers. I often fall into a senior colleague roll in which I drive exchange of knowledge between co-workers.
My always good mood throws off on my colleagues.
As a person, I am very outgoing. I work well between user and developers and I know how to communicate between different types of project members. I am quick in understanding the actual needs of users and the situation they work in.

I support the company's ERP solution M3 for users in all locations.
I also manage implementation projects of new software that are being purchased by other departments, ex Quality Assurance software.
2019-08 - 2020-01
I support users in M3 across all locations and I run process optimization projects, like implementing
consignment stocks and optimizing capacity in bill of materials. I also manage smaller implementing
projects like implementing Acubiz for managing credit card expenses.
2016-03 - 2017-07
Together with two friends, I bought a small software company, CommIT ApS in Esbjerg. The company
had developed their own ERP solution and had approx. 10 customers.
As a project in my spare time developed a software, that could modernize old Green Screen user
interface and our plan was to modernize the ERP solution and keep developing it. We succeeded in this plan and my software is now used by some of these companies.
I worked with Sales, customer projects and design of new developments in both the modernized user
interface and in the ERP solution itself, ex we hired 2 programmers that developed a new Warehouse
Management System based on PDA's for us.
2015-02 - 2016-02
I joined customer projects as a both a business consultant and a system developer, in projects
implementing the ERP solution M3. I was the main resource in Denmark in Merit's own developed
Warehouse Management System.
2014-01 - 2015-01
solutions, that I sent to external vendors for development. I then tested and implemented these
solutions in corporation with users.
2008-03 - 2013-11
I was a team member of the team, that maintained and developed the company's ERP solution Movex.
I worked with both analysis and design for solutions, that solved the business needs and I was part of the implementation and the education of end users.
2006-03 - 2008-02
I managed a team of 5 people, that would maintain and develop the company's ERP solution SAP.
We designed, developed and implemented a POS system that would integrate into SAP.
2003-05 - 2006-02
I worked as a software developer resource in customers development projects.
I also helped designing solutions for business needs for these customers.
2002-05 - 2003-04
I had a portfolio of customers, for which I would develop database cubes, dashboards and reports for.
The customers would mostly be using Movex as their ERP system.
The solutions I developed was based on the company's own developed BI solution, called VIS.
1993-08 - 2002-04
I worked in an international development team based in Linkøbing, Sweden. This team would develop
country specific solutions for the ERP solution they developed, called Movex.
I was the technical lead for implementing the Danish interface for integration Online Payment Solutions to Danish banks.
In 1999 my family and I was stationed for 6 months in Auckland, New Zealand and for 18 months in Sydney, Australia.
I worked as a team leader for business consultants and system developers, that would implement
Movex at customer sites.
After coming back to Denmark, I worked as a system developer at a large European project based in Glasgow, Scotland and in Maastricht, Holland.
1990-08 - 1993-07
I developed and supported the company's ERP system specific for lumber yards. I would develop both
new enhancements to the solution and also customer specific solutions.
I was responsible for setting up a new Support Group in the Kolding location.
1988-08 - 1990-07
As an accountant student, I would do the quarterly VAT reporting and the yearly Tax reporting for my
own portfolio of client.
