Experienced senior IT technical Scrum Master with 32 years of experience as a software developer, BI/DWH developer and scrum master. For the past 12 years, the consultant has worked with Scrum and SAFe on larger complex projects at some of the Danish C25 companies, including Ørsted and Novo Nordisk. My focus has always been on high quality and delivery on time in a setting, where we help each other grow.
I would describe myself as a dedicated person, who is passionate about technical solutions and agile work methods. My core values are respect, trust, and inclusion. I am responsible for implementing improvements and removing obstacles for both the Team and the Product Owner. As a Servant Leader, I try to improve the quality of work by removing obstacles for the Team.
I focused on helping to create a culture of constant improvement.
Facilitated the Scrum ceremonies, sprint refinement, demo/review, retrospective, sprint planning, Pre-PI sessions, PI Planning, system demo, Gemba Walk, must wind battle, SoS and Scrum Master Day. Work closely together with stakeholder, suppliers, and IT Department.
I always have meetings with other scrum master’s both in the ART and outside the ART before PI planning, so that we can plan the dependencies for each other, so that we are aligned.

I built up their entire backlog. Participated in PO network meetings and tried to get their own PO/PM to take responsibility for the backlog. In addition, I was responsible for maturation meetings of the feature, so that they could be ready for us to include the feature in PI planning
- As a freelance Scrum Master (SAFe) at Energinet for team Starship I’m working to ensure that the green transition is carried out in a socio-economically sound manner, without compromising Denmark’s high security of supply. We are working on a new solution for current control obligation. The team's main purpose consists of quality assurance and distribution of operational master data to, among other things, the control center. There are a total of 14 team members including PO, Solution architect, business architect, test and SM. The PO came directly from a graduate program in Energinet for this role, so I trained him in the role. - As freelance Scrum Master at Brobizz, I have developed the entire Agile setup, as well as using SAFe frame tool in collaboration with the management team and PO’s. I have worked as an RTE, PM and Scrum Master who conducted PI planning’s and coached the management team and PO’s. As a consult I always support teams to reach their deadlines and with recognition in a very political organizations which consisted of suppliers. The 2 POs had no experience as POs and therefore I helped them in the role
- In Novo Nordisk, as Scrum Master, I got the most prestigious software development project/large and international projects. The team was set with 46 team members where deadline was reached. The project was a tailormade app, used by patients. The dashboard was used for investigators/doctors for monitoring the patient’s blood-sugar levels by a synchronized BG-meter. Here an FDA requirement was kept in regard to GXP, GCP, etc.
- I started my first Scrum and SAFe project in the BI department in BEC.
- During my time at BEC, I turned around an unsuccessful project, Kreditproces, and managed to deliver the project to the client, Nykredit. Afterwards, the team delivered every project they committed themselves to within 12 months. Nykredit, BEC’s biggest client, became a very trustworthy client.
- In BEC I also had the role of PO (interim) for a period until a PO was hired, but I also trained him in the role.
- Furthermore, I have worked as a developer on the Solvency II project at Tryg, which was the biggest Datawarehouse project in Scandinavia. In this context, I was responsible for APEX to control the budget. APEX was also used in different platforms and environments to discover how conditions were on different environments.
- Additionally, I have had the developer role within the insurance business, where I developed programs to control bad debt business clients. These programs are still in use.
- Worked as data manager in the medical industry with focus on quality, delivering on time and managing FDA’s requirements.
