Project description Senior Project Consultant / Agile Coach in establishing a new "Temporary Worker Agency Business System" for the customer in Denmark. The customer has an existing "Temporary Worker Agency Business System" that is no longer up-to- date and thus prevents expectations for growth in the organization. At the same time, it is very labor intensive and requires parallel manual processes in the departments. A new system should aim to streamline the organization, as well as offer customers and temporary workers better data quality and communication. As a Project Consultant, I should help to launch the project, as well as the establishment of a new project team for the development and operation of the customized system.
Results Led the organization in the selection of a new system supplier for the customer. Establishment of an Agile Project organization and multiple SCRUM teams inspired by SAFe Agile development model. This to ensure responsibilities throughout the organization, as well as maximize visibility /progress of the project throughout the implementation.
Leadership and coaching of the Agile requirement process (User Stories/ Story Mapping) in the organization. The project was handed over to the project organization, which expects to put the project into operation in Q1 2021.

Project success was "first of all" delivered through a sincere deep respect for the Vietnamese people and their culture, including tight relation building. Conducted extensive interviews throughout the organization, to elicit and capture input for future business objectives, leading to organizational wide ownership. The librarians spend a large part of their daily work with logistics regarding maintaining the materials in shelves and exchanges materials between libraries etc. Collecting the reservations was based on paper instructions, which often led to mistakes and double work etc. With that in mind Copenhagen and Aarhus libraries launched a project to automate material distribution, better material management and tracking of the materials. New IT system, processes and infrastructure should replace an old paper-based operation.
Results Trivial paper based and cost demanding management of materials (books, CD's, Magazines, etc.) replaced by a new developed IT system "Intelligent Material Management System" IMS. Reduced operational cost and better utilization of librarians resulted. Business case ROI (reduction 24 FTE) delivered within 1,5 years.
Worked closely with the organization ensuring that the business expectation was understood and strongly integrated in the project teams and key stakeholders. Accomplished organizational wide business / stakeholder analysis to elicit and capture design requirements for a new TO-BE model.
