I have managed ERP-, HR-, ITSM-, software development, infrastructure, and implementation projects from initial analysis to final go-live for customers like Statens It, Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Rigspolitiet (Danish National Police), PensionDanmark, Forsvarskommandoen (Defense Command Denmark), Topdanmark, Sundhed.dk, SKAT, Naviair, Maersk, Novo Nordisk, Danfoss, DR, Lundbeck, Post Danmark, etc.

Statens It (Agency for Governmental IT Services (2023 – 2024)
Program Manager
Establishment and management of a program consisting of two independent projects, each with a number of sub-projects. The overall goal of the program was partly a re-design and re-configuration, quality assurance and commissioning of Statens It's extremely business-critical ITSM system for 650 internal users in Statens It, as well as for +40,000 external end users in the Danish State. Partly a simultaneous design and build-up of On Premise infrastructure, and moving the ITSM system portfolio from the public cloud to Statens It's own data centres.
In addition to great technical complexity and risk, the program was characterized by being profit-driven and containing extensive organizational change management, as one of the programme's sub-goals was to implement the system's best practice processes across the Statens It and eliminate self-developed solutions and adaptations.
Technical University of Denmark (2020 – 2023)
Senior Project Manager and Management Consultant
Project management and consulting during the development, implementation, and migration to the next generation of High-Performance Computing cluster at Danish National Life Science Supercomputing Center - Computerome. The assignment involved a with range of responsibilities of which the major ones are project management, process design and implementation, architecture and infrastructure strategy, business strategic and organisational design, and implementation, tender and acquisitions, GDPR and legal compliance set-up etc.
Sundhed.dk (2019-2020)
Senior Project Manager and Management Consultant
Management of three different projects:
1. Developed and implemented a new Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) in Sundhed.dk. The objectives were to integrate relevant security activities in the entire value chain of Sundhed.dk, and to advance security awareness and technical skills within the development organisation, all based on the current threat profile against the company.
2. GDPR implementation in Sundhed.dk. The objectives were to develop GDPR artefacts and procedures to ensure and maintain Sundhed.dk’s GDPR compliance, and to protect the organisation against legal violations.
3. Agile software development project delivering a user friendly, but still advanced and effective app to colonoscopy patients. The app’s objective is to support the patients in their preparation before the examination and to improve the overall patient experience of the treatment.
Rigspolitiet (Danish National Police) (2018-2019)
Senior Project Manager
Procurement and implementation of a new case management (ESDH) and filing system for Danish National Police. The objective of the project was to procure, implement and go-live with a standard case management and filing application in order to ensure high-quality and efficient case management for all employees in the National Police organisation, and to support improved knowledge sharing between the organisation’s different business areas.
PensionDanmark (2017-2018)
Project Manager and Management Consultant
Selection, procurement, and implementation of a complete HRM solution for PensionDanmark. The project had a strong focus on ensuring GPDR compliance, and on developing and implementing policies and procedures for personal data processing across business areas in the organisation.
Topdanmark (2012-2014)
Senior Project Manager
Implementation of a total communication and call centre solution at Topdanmark. The objective of the project was to configure, implement and go-live of a communication and call centre enabling the customer to optimise its customer service on all communication channels and to increase the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
SKAT (2010-2014)
Program manager
Developed and launched reliable project portfolio management process of the company’s IT project and service deliveries to SKAT. Created visibility and overview over the overall project and service delivery portfolio and developed resource management and governance structure across the portfolio.
Sopra Steria (2010-2014)
Program manager
Developed and implemented a flexible project management model for water fall and agile software development projects, and optimised the organisation’s project execution skills, capacity, and maturity.
SKAT (2012-2013)
Project Manager
Managed a software development project delivering an automated case management and self-service solution for VAT returns, which resulted in a substantial reduction in SKAT’s manual case management effort and reduced lead-time in VAT returns.
Naviair (2007-2008)
Program Management and PMO Consultant
Created and operated a Programme Management Office (PMO) and delivered support and consulting to the programme management during a total transition to a new air traffic management system (ATM) including infrastructure at Naviair. Developed solid overview and progress in the more than 100 projects, ensuring successful go-live on time and budget.
Maersk Logistics (2005-2006)
Project and Development Manager
Managed an offshore software development project at Maersk Logistics. The project developed and launched a solution closely integrated with Maersk’s back-end systems and reduced the manual handling of transport and customs clearance documents during Maersk’s global container transports.
Forsvarskommandoen (Defence Command Denmark) (2000 -2005)
Assignment and Project Manager
Acted as PA Consulting Group’s assignment manager responsible for all consultants working on the account and managed several complex SAP projects across the customer’s business areas over a 5–6-year period.
